Youth & Family NDIS Support
Teacher-led NDIS support for young people and their families
Founded and run by Registered Teachers, we bring a development-focused, goal-oriented approach to every support plan, built for young people across Moreton Bay and North Brisbane, and understood by families.
NDIS support that speaks your family’s language
It is the one thing no other local NDIS provider can say. Thrive Brisbane was founded and run by Registered Teachers, so we bring a development-focused, goal-oriented approach to supporting young people, and we collaborate with families the way great teachers do: transparently, consistently, with the young person at the centre.
Teacher-led
An education background means structured goal-setting, meaningful progress, and support that helps young people grow, not just get by.
Family focused
It takes a village. Parents speak our language because we came from education, and we keep families genuinely in the loop.
Goal-oriented
Individual development plans, regular progress reviews, and a strengths-based, positive behaviour approach for every young person.
Support that helps young people grow
Our team brings teaching, childcare and youth work backgrounds that are rare in NDIS. That means support designed to build skills and confidence, not just fill hours.
- Registered Teachers leading a development-focused approach
- Neuro-affirming support that works with how each young person learns
- Clear goals, progress reviews and a strengths-based mindset
